My life included lots twists and turns which have enabled me to be "well-rounded" as a creative. My early dream was to become a famous fine artist. But once in college, I recognized the need to consider a more lucrative and steady profession. That's when graphic design took me on a turn to a successful career that included working for various agencies, working as an art director and/or designer for 5 different publications and eventually becoming a freelance graphic designer with a diversified client list. Let's not forget the twist of becoming a professional firefighter as well. Throughout it all, my fine art foundation never went away. I've gotten back to my roots of painting both as a muralist and with small and larger scale watercolors and oils on canvas. Please take the time to peruse all aspects of my portfolio.
